President Trump ripped into House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi on her recent defense of the ultra-violent gang, MS-13, at the Susan B. Anthony List gala Tuesday.

In response to Trump calling the members of the gang “animals” during a roundtable at the White House, Pelosi chose to defend the violent gang members, saying they were not animals.

“We are all God’s children” Pelosi said, “There is a spark of divinity among every person on earth, and we all have to recognize that as we respect the dignity and worth of every person.”

Pelosi was one of many Democrats to attack Trump over the comment.

Trump used the opportunity Tuesday night to hit Pelosi hard.

Trump continued,”If Democrats ever gain power, they would open those borders. They don’t want walls. They don’t want people stopping.”

Trump added, “Just the other day, Nancy Pelosi came out in favor of MS-13. That’s the first time I’ve heard that. She wants them to be treated with respect, as do other Democrats. That’s not going to be happening.”

“That’s why we’re putting in place a massive campaign for a midterm victory this November,” Trump said. “We will need to elect more members of Congress who will protect life, support our military, secure our borders, and grow our economy and continue making America great again.”
