Samantha Bee Has A Ruthless Pattern of Attacks Against Women In The White House

Late night comedian Samantha Bee has gotten herself into trouble after attacking Ivanka Trump  on Wednesday night.

The comment on her Wednesday night show has sparked an outcry, and many are putting pressure on Turner, the parent company of TBS, to fire her and possibly even cancel the show.

This isn’t the first time that Bee has attacked the women who work in the White House though.

IVANKA TRUMP:

Wednesday night, Bee called the president’s daughter a “feckless cunt.” The comment was in response to a photo Ivanka Trump posted of her and her son hugging. Bee was trying to get her to influence the president’s stance on immigration.

KELLYANNE CONWAY:

Days before President Trump’s inauguration, Bee said, “Kellyanne is the soulless, Machiavellian despot America deserves! She added, “Lean in, bitch!”

HOPE HICKS:

Back in March, following Hope Hicks’ resignation, the Full Frontal host said, “I cannot let another week go by without saying, ‘Fuck you, Hope Hicks.'” She went on to say that Hicks “helped burned down democracy, bitch.”

SARAH HUCKABEE SANDERS:

“Sarah Huckabee Sanders is a fucking liar, goodnight, everyone!” After the White House Correspondents Dinner, Bee exclaimed. She also compared Sanders to a “public-relations dementor, sucking the energy out of the White House press until they can’t really fight back.” Bee also went as far as to say that, “You are a hell of a role model for little girls everywhere who are smart and hardworking and completely evil.”

MELANIA TRUMP:

Last month, prior to the First Lady’s State Dinner, Bee called her a “trophy wife-turned-reluctant first lady.” In her monologue attacking Ivanka Trump, she also attacked Melania Trump, saying, “Melania lives in the White House and no one can find her. It’s okay, she’s totally being best under there,” she said after a photo depicting the First Lady hiding under her bed.


Bee has issued an apology for her comments on Wednesday about Ivanka Trump, but it remains unclear if TBS will discipline her in any way.
