President Trump’s Supreme Court Justice nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh visited the All-Star Game at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday.

Kavanaugh’s nomination sparked protests outside of the Supreme Court on the day the president announced his pick to replace retired Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy. (RELATED: Bernie Riles Up Crowd Following Trump’s Announcement For His SCOTUS Pick)

Vice President Mike Pence defended Trump’s choice of Kavanaugh to fill the Supreme Court opening, saying, “What the president focused on was a judicial philosophy.
