Christian Slater did not hold back when he referred to President Donald Trump as an “ass****” for his recent summit with Russian president Vladimir Putin.
The comments came Tuesday when TMZ caught up to the 48-year-old actor in Washington, D.C., and outlet asked for his thoughts on how Trump’s meeting Monday in Finland with Putin reportedly cost “the taxpayers more than $300,000.”
WATCH:
“Did he? Did he really?” Slater responded.
When the “Heathers” star was pressed further on his thoughts about the meeting, he replied, “What do you want me to say? I mean, it’s proof that you don’t need to drink to be an a*****e. How’s that?”
The “Mr. Robot” star was not alone in his attack of Trump for the Putin meeting, with most members of Hollywood upset over Trump’s failure to agree with U.S. intelligence that Russian government officials meddled in the 2016 election.

Today, July 16th, 2018, a date which will live in infamy, the United States of America was suddenly & deliberately attacked & betrayed by our “President.” We will gain the inevitable triumph, so help us all true patriots. #TreasonSummit #PresidentAsset https://t.co/5hbQUZxJA0

I have never seen something so disgraceful in my life than Trump’s meeting with Putin … And I’ve watched a lot of Sarah Huckabee Sander’s press briefings. #TreasonSummit
Time for anyone in his administration that considers themselves a patriot to step down and speak out.— Chelsea Handler (@chelseahandler) July 16, 2018
“Asked if he trusted U.S. intelligence agencies which concluded that Russia interfered in the 2016 election, HE SAID HE HAD BEEN TOLD BY HIS CIA CHIEF THAT IT WAS RUSSIA, BUT THAT HE SAW NO REASON TO BELIEVE IT.”
HE’S A TRAITOR; HE HAS SOLD HIMSELF, AND SOON HE WILL SELL US.

If this is what Trump is willing to say in public before the whole world, imagine what he was saying in private to his boss, Putin.

The exclusive Trump/Putin meeting now makes perfect sense. Today another shoe dropped. Undeniably, Trump’s first allegiance is to Russia.

Wow oh wow. I’ve expected many things from Trump — but never did I think I’d see him standing beside the president of Russia and, as John King just reported on CNN, “surrendering to him.” That Trump would reveal himself as a traitor on worldwide TV — well, that was a mind-blower.
