Fox News’ Tucker Carlson went after Cameron Whitten — one of the organizers of the ICE protests in Oregon that left immense amounts of trash outside the ICE facility — on his show Tuesday night.

WATCH:

“You mobilized, you’ve got a mass movement, and have engaged people that want to make America better,” Carlson stated. “But you leave beer bottles and hypodermic needles behind. Is that really the kind of change that most people want? I don’t think so.”

“I call this deflection,” Whitten responded. “I feel like what you’re doing is avoiding the conversation, why are we here?”

Carlson continued, “I’m an American. I was born here, I have a family. I don’t want to live in a place that looks like Tegucigalpa. I don’t think anyone does including immigrants. I’m just saying, if you are setting a model for the rest of us, why the hell were you living like animals?”

The Fox News host and the Abolish ICE community activist were discussing the movement, and the alarming amounts of trash that were left behind by the protesters.

“You know what, I give up. You think you win people over by your self-righteousness and your barking? Alright Cameron, you’re making me give up, you’re too obnoxious. I can’t handle it,” Carlson concluded.
