Kim Kardashian and Kanye West settled their divorce Tuesday. Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021 following seven years of marriage.

Kardashian, 42, and West, 45, will get joint custody with “equal access” to their four children, according to the settlement, TMZ reported. While the documents say equal access, sources with direct knowledge say Kim will have the kids most of the time, TMZ reported. Kanye said that Kardashian already has the children 80 percent of the time. (RELATED: Kanye Up And Leaves Timcast Show After Question About Jews Controlling Everything)

Kanye will wire Kim $200,000 on the first of every month for child support. He’s also responsible for 50 percent of his kids’ security and education, which includes tuition.

Both parties agree to participate in a mediation if there’s a dispute regarding the children, and if one fails to participate, the other gets to decide by default.

Kardashian will receive four homes in Hidden Hills, California, one of which is next door to an estate West was awarded in the divorce, People reported. Kardashian also got a home in Riverside, California, three in Idaho, and another in Malibu, California.

West also got three homes in Calabasas, California, another in Malibu, and another in Thousand Oaks, California. He also got two homes in Wyoming, one in Belgium and another in Chicago.
