“The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg left a producer shaking his head as the co-hosts discussed strange places to have sex on vacation.
Goldberg went into graphic detail about why it is difficult to have sex in a pool, which left her fellow co-host and producer Brian Teta stunned.
“You know, sex on the beach is overrated,” Goldberg said.
“The drink or the sex?” co-host Joy Behar asked.
“Both, because you know, if you’ve tried to have sex in the pool, you know that’s not easy,” Goldberg replied as various cohosts made uncomfortable faces. “Because you’re trying to go up the hill, and you’re getting resistance from the water that is within. Because when you’re in a pool you are surrounded in the water. Have you ever tried to put anything…”
Co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin joked that Teta was going to cut to commercial over this detail.
“Oh you’re trying to move me on now, right?” Goldberg asked Teta, who could not control his laughter with his face in his palm. “You tell me, you tell me, get engaged in the conversation. Then I get engaged and you want me to stop talking.”
Co-host Sunny Hostin said she was “learning things” from Goldberg’s remarks, to which Goldberg responded that Hostin already knew about the difficulties of pool sex but had forgotten “cause you haven’t done it for a long time.” Hostin denied ever having sex in a pool, a claim Goldberg refused to accept.
“I don’t believe that. If you’ve never done any of these thing that are in my brain right now, I’m a natural-born blonde,” Goldberg said.
Teta then cut to commercial.
