Andrew Garfield

Andrew Garfield is a Senior Research Fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute. For FPRI Mr. Garfield has produced two significant and widely read and downloaded studies. One of US Army performance in Iraq (Succeeding in Phase IV) and the other on the Afghan National Police (Reforming the Afghan National Police). He is a resident of Rockport, Massachusetts and is married with two children.
