David Stevenson

Energy Policy Director, Caesar Rodney Institute

David Stevenson is the Director of the Center for Energy Competitiveness at the Caesar Rodney Institute. He has written over a hundred articles on energy policy and has been published in dozens of newspapers across the country. He has analyzed over 2000 pages of the EPA's proposed Clean Power Plan, and associated documents, and is consulting with legislators from several East Coast states as they prepare legal reactions to the EPA plan.
