David Wagner
Research Fellow, National Legal FoundationDavid M. Wagner attended college and grad school at Yale, and law school at George Mason University. Has been an editorial writer at The Washington Times, speechwriter to Attorney General Ed Meese, Director of Legal Policy at the Family Research Council, Deputy Counsel to the House Subcommittee on International Operations and Human Rights, and professor of constitutional law at Regent University. Currently he teaches Humane Letters at Veritas Preparatory Academy in Phoenix AZ, and is also Research Fellow at the National Legal Foundation. The views in this article are solely his own.
