Ernest Sagaga

Head of Human Rights, International Federation of Journalists

Ernest Sagaga is the Head of Human Rights for the International Federation of Journalists, the global association of journalists’ federations and unions, fighting daily to represent the media across the world in their quest to report the news and uncover the truth. Prior to this he was the first Spokesperson for the International Criminal Court in The Hague. Before joining the ICC he was a Journalist for the British Broadcasting Corporation's World Service in London, Great Britain. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from London University, has an MA in Diplomatic Studies and a Post Graduate Diploma in the International Legal Practice of Human Rights.
