James P. Kelly, III is President of the Atlanta-based Solidarity Center for Law and Justice, P.C. From 2005-2008 he served as the Chairman of the Social and Human Sciences Committee of the U.S. National Commission for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization and as a private legal advisor to the U.S. State Department at five international human rights conferences.
