New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning got an amazing reaction from people after beating the Miami Dolphins 36-20 on Sunday.
Manning, who is starting in place of an injured Daniel Jones, threw two touchdowns in the big win, and it could end up being his final start at home and in his career. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

This is a perfect example of what makes sports so great. Manning was benched in favor of Jones, and handled it like a pro. The two-time Super Bowl champion stayed ready and got to ride off into the sunset with a win one more time.

Jones might come back for the final two games. Nobody knows yet, but at least Manning got one more opportunity to get a win.
Given how his career has gone these past few years, this is such an incredible development.

You hate to see legends end their careers, but I think it’s safe to say the fans gave Manning the show of appreciation and support he’s earned.
