Russell Wilson and the Seahawks have the chance to murder the Packers this upcoming weekend, and I hope they do.

Aaron Rodgers and Green Bay are currently favored by four points against Seattle. I don’t care. It doesn’t matter at all to me. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

All that matters is Russell Wilson, the chosen son of Wisconsin, has a chance to return to the state that made him a star to end Green Bay’s title hopes.

Nothing, and I mean nothing, would be funnier than watching Russell Wilson nuke the Packers. It’s almost poetic.

Wilson became a star playing for the Badgers, and he became a hero in my home state. He’s one of the most popular men in the history of Wisconsin athletics.

Now, he will have the opportunity to destroy the NFL team all those same fans cheer for. If that doesn’t have you amped, then you just don’t know a great storyline when you see one.

Obviously, I hate the Packers, and I love Russell Wilson. Wilson is the man, and I’ll always ride with him to support his NFL success.

That means I’ll be cheering my head off for the Seahawks this upcoming Sunday when they play the Packers.
