UFC fighter Marvin Vettori wasn’t pleased at all with Karl Roberson after their fight was canceled.
According to TMZ Sports, Roberson was bounced from the Wednesday night event in Jacksonville because of weight issues, and that didn’t make Vettori happy. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)
In a Twitter video posted by @DrCapodaglio, Vettori tries to confront Roberson about not being able to fight, and he had to be restrained by the people around him.

Yeah, I think it’s safe to say Vettori was pretty pissed he didn’t get a crack at Roberson. That much seems crystal clear.
I understand it to a degree. Vettori can’t notch a win and get more exposure if the guy he’s supposed to fight can’t make weight.
It’s not Vettori’s fault, but he’s suffering because of it.

At the same time, probably not the greatest idea to start an altercation in a hotel lobby. I don’t think that’s going to help his cause much.
Could it hype his next fight? Sure, but it also seems like a disaster waiting to happen. Why risk something like that?

We’ll see when Vettori gets a chance to get back in the octagon. You have to feel for the guy for not getting his UFC fight, but he needs to take a deep breath.
