“Yellowstone” is the show of the year for three seasons running.

After I declared the Paramount Network hit show the best product on TV in 2018 and 2019, I’m here to crown it the champion for the third year in a row! (REVIEW: ‘Yellowstone’ Ends Season 3 With One Of The Greatest Cliffhangers In TV History)

That’s right, folks. “Yellowstone” season three was the best show of 2020.

Obviously, this shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. If you’re reading this article right now, then it probably means you’ve already watched “Yellowstone” many times over.

While I’m not sure season three matched the greatness of season one, it did give fans the greatest cliffhanger in the history of TV.

For the cliffhanger alone, “Yellowstone” easily beat out the rest of the 2020 shows to win the prestigious honor for the third straight year.

The show about the Dutton clan is truly unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. It’s about loyalty, protecting family at all costs and taking care of what is yours no matter what you need to do.

It feels like a show that represents a forgotten part of America. At the very least, it represents a ton of themes that are rarely seen in entertainment these days.

Plus, Kayce and Rip are never afraid to throw a little lead when the situation requires it.

So, congratulations to “Yellowstone” for the threepeat! Will it pull off four straight titles in 2021? I wouldn’t rule it out.

RUNNER-UP: “Ozark” season 3. I love the Netflix show. It’s not as great as “Yellowstone,” but it’s not far behind. It’s definitely worth watching. I’ve seen the entire series a few times through.
