How did he break a bone in his hand? He punched a bench after getting pulled during a Sunday game. Yes, Huascar Ynoa broke his hand because he punched a dugout bench.
Huascar Ynoa broke a bone in his pitching hand when he punched the dugout bench in frustration after coming out of Sunday’s game. He will be out a couple of months, #Braves manager Brian Snitker said. “It’s a shame,” Snitker said. “Probably nobody that feels any worse than him.”

Somebody needs to tell Ynoa to chill the hell out. People get benched in sports all the time. Pitchers get yanked in the MLB on a regular basis.
You know what most people don’t do after getting pulled? They don’t break their hand because they punched a bench.

If I was a member of Atlanta’s management, I would be irate with this situation. It’s simply unacceptable. Either control your temper or find a new job.
The MLB is a multi-billion dollar business. Guys need to be healthy and playing. They don’t need to be sidelined because of their own stupid actions.
Be smarter, Ynoa. Be much smarter.
