Kareem Hunt might want to choose his words a bit more carefully.

The Cleveland Browns running back, his teammates and coaches are all waiting to see what happens with Deshaun Watson after multiple allegations of sexual misconduct, and how long the star quarterback might be suspended for. Turns out, it’s a “stressful” situation for everyone involved.

“Yeah, it’s definitely stressful for them. It’s tough because they’re trying to figure out what pieces they’ve got for the season and what plays they want to put it. You know, there’s different plays for Deshaun and (backup) Jacoby (Brissett), different playbook, different things we can do at quarterback,” Hunt explained to the media, according to Cleveland.com.

It’s worth noting that Kareem Hunt was accused a few years ago of getting physical with a woman, and it resulted in him being suspended for multiple games.

So, of all the people who should probably sit out any discussions about Deshaun Watson, Kareem Hunt is right at the top of the list.

Honestly, I’m not sure anyone on the Browns should voluntarily talk about Watson right now. The NFL, NFLPA and Watson’s reps will figure out how/if he’ll be punished for any league violations, but that doesn’t mean players should be weighing in.

That’s the last kind of PR nightmare the Browns need right now.

Just let the situation play itself out in silence!
