Lana Del Rey obtained a restraining order against Eric Everardo in July, a man she claimed is responsible for stalking her and stealing her car.
The restraining order, issued by Los Angeles County, permits Everardo from coming within 100 yards of the singer and her siblings and prohibits him from trying to contact them, TMZ reported.
Del Rey previously alleged that Everardo made at least two unwelcome visits to her home in February and July 2022, respectively. Del Ray claimed Everardo stole her Jaguar from her property during one of these instances. Everardo was criminally charged soon thereafter, TMZ noted. When Everardo allegedly returned to Del Ray’s property for the second time earlier in July, he reportedly left a bag behind containing a threatening letter. In the letter, Everardo referenced the fact that he wanted to see Del Rey again, and he followed up by texting her sister, according to TMZ.
