Superstar rapper Drake made a bold statement when he wore a flashy necklace made of 42 diamond engagement rings to Lil Baby’s birthday concert in Atlanta at State Farm Arena on Saturday.

In addition to being a very expensive fashion statement, the necklace also tells a tale of Drake’s love life. Celebrity jeweler Alex Moss said the new piece is called “Previous Engagements,” and each of the 42 engagement ring diamonds represents a time that Drake considered proposing to a lady in his life, according to TMZ.

The piece commemorates Drake’s romantic history with 351.38 carats of diamonds, according to TMZ.

The necklace was made using 18K white gold and was set using the eagle claw technique. It took roughly 14 months to take Drake’s vision for the piece and bring it to fruition. The necklace was completely built by hand in New York City, according to TMZ. (RELATED: Rapper Machine Gun Kelly Says Megan Fox’s Engagement Ring ‘Bands Are Actually Thorns’)

Drake has dated a number of women over the course of his high-profile career, but he has not revealed which of the women in his life are commemorated in this design. The rapper has been linked to Rihanna, Bella Harris, Sophie Brussaux, Lateysha Grace, Reka Nagy-Miticzky, Jennifer Lopez and Serena Williams, to name a few, according to The Sun.
