“Mad Men” star Elisabeth Moss announced her first pregnancy Tuesday on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”
The 41-year-old star beamed from ear-to-ear as she revealed the exciting news on the late night talk show. Kimmel introduced Moss to the stage and wasted no time before addressing the topic.
“Are you pregnant or just an incredibly committed method actor?” Kimmel asked, making reference to her current role in “The Handmaid’s Tale.”
“A little bit of both,” the star replied.
Moss then told Kimmel she was “really lucky” so far in her pregnancy journey.
“It’s been going really well,” she said, before asking Kimmel for advice on the pregnancy, the delivery room and “anything” he could offer insight on.
Kimmel quickly jumped in by letting Moss know her friends and loved ones would buy her lots of baby items, and the famous actress seemed excited to hear she’d be generously gifted.
The comedian then shared some valuable advice he and his wife Molly McNearney received from Bill Murray when she was expecting one of their four children.

“He said, ‘Bring Christmas lights to hang up [in the delivery room],’” Kimmel said. “Because the lighting is terrible in the room. It’s Walmart-style lighting for this blessed event that’s going to happen, and you don’t want that.”
Moss appeared in a black dress with a plunging neckline for her interview and accented her outfit with red shoes and matching red lipstick. (RELATED: Conor McGregor Makes Major Life Announcement)
