Newly released video from May shows the moment an argument between two Las Vegas neighbors allegedly resulted in a fatal shooting, KLAS reported.
Doorbell camera video of the incident, which occurred on the evening of May 13, has raised questions about the motivations of Eddi Moreno, 32, the man accused of shooting his 47-year-old neighbor, Joe Moreno, according to KLAS.
The argument erupted when Joe Moreno started yelling at Eddi Moreno — no relation according to both families — when Eddi pulled into his driveway with his wife and children after a soccer game, KLAS reported. Video footage appears to show Eddi exit the vehicle with a gun in his hand as Joe can be seen standing in his own driveway by a trash bin he was pulling in from the curb. The video has been age-restricted and cannot be added.

As the argument apparently heated up, Eddi allegedly said, “You’re about to get f—— up right now. I don’t give a f— I am about to murder you, come right here. I am going to murder you for that,” KLAS reported.
“Who are you going to murder?” Joe allegedly asked, the outlet noted.
“You,” Eddi allegedly said, according to KLAS.
Eddi’s wife, Reina, can be seen in the video standing near her husband. She reportedly called 911.
The video then shows Joe step up onto a rock on his own property before appearing to grab at his shorts. Eddi alleged that Joe exposed his genitalia to them, the outlet reported. Police reportedly said the evidence substantiated this claim.
“I need police here right now,” Reina said in the 911 call, according to the outlet. “Because this guy that just moved in next door is over here tweaking out and yelling at my husband,” she reportedly alleged.
The video appears to show Eddi fatally shoot Joe.
Joe can then be seen laying in his driveway. He reportedly kept yelling at Eddi, who can be seen standing in his own driveway. Eddi’s wife moved their van into the garage after the incident, KLAS reported.
Eddi claimed that Joe was standing on Eddi’s property, allegedly telling Las Vegas Metropolitan Police that Joe then charged him, according to KLAS. Detective and video evidence dispute Eddi’s allegation, the outlet reported
Eddi Moreno, who already faced a trio of battery charges in 2024, is being charged with open murder for the May shooting, according to KLAS. He reportedly posted bail in May.
