A shirtless man thrashing a large sword and armed with throwing knives gave himself up outside a lumber-supply store without incident Tuesday afternoon.
He then told the off-duty officer and other officers who’d gathered there he was “hunting werewolves and chuds” who can disguise themselves as humans. He said he was afraid of getting hurt.
