Breaking: CNN/U.S. president Jon Klein is leaving the company, the network confirms. HLN chief Ken Jautz will replace Klein at the parent network, with CNN CMO Scott Safon taking over HLN.
“Jon has made important contributions to the CNN story, and he leaves with our respect and friendship, and with my sincere thanks,” wrote CNN Wordlwide president Jim Walton in a memo to employees his morning.
