Last week I republished an old fumetti I did a few years back, in which I put word balloons on top of a picture that Meghan McCain posted on Twitter, to humorous(?) effect. Ms. McCain did not appreciate that. (Neither did the people who work for paranoid gun criminal David Brock, but that’s another story.)

I’m not the only big meanie who is being mean to Ms. McCain, and she has had enough.

Again.

9 times out of 10 the people that tweet me the nastiest, ugliest, most disturbing tweets – their bios say “proud conservative”….

9 times out of 10, people. That’s just plain old science.

As for what she means by “cannibalizing me out of the party,” your guess is as good as mine. Maybe she’s a fan of The Walking Dead? But her heartbroken lament is earning her some sympathy on the left:

That seems unlikely, at least for now. If Ms. McCain became a Democrat, that’s all she would be: just another Democrat. She’d still be saying the same stuff she says now, except she wouldn’t have the cachet of being “one of the good Republicans who agrees with us about everything.” If she stopped being a “Republican” who trashes Republicans, she’d no longer be a novelty act.

Of course, this post will only serve as further proof that we’re all a bunch of haters. We’re all just jealous of Daddy’s Little Girl. Unfortunately for Ms. McCain, but fortunately for the rest of us, her delusional self-pity is highly entertaining.

Let the cannibalization continue!
