Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) will deliver a video response to President Obama’s call to hold Syria accountable for its alleged chemical weapons use following Obama’s 9 p.m. address Tuesday from the White House.
Paul is not doing it on behalf of the Republican Party, his press secretary told The Hill. Instead, he is offering his thoughts “as a concerned senator,” she said.
