“There is a concern there [about discrimination], and not every black kid is doing this. It’s very few. But if you’re the victim, if you’re the potential victim, and you’re afraid walking down the street and you see a group of black youths, everybody I am talking to says, ‘I am crossing the street.’ They are getting away from them.
