Amy Lindsay, the soft-core porn star who was in a campaign ad for Sen. [crscore]Ted Cruz[/crscore], has endorsed Donald Trump for president.
In an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper on “The Lead” on Monday, Lindsay said, “I like what [Trump] stands for.” (RELATED: Cruz’s Softcore Actress: I’d Co-Star With Trump In An Adult Film)

“I actually became a fan of Trump in the ’80s,” Lindsay said. “A friend of mine at college gave me his book ‘The Art of the Deal’ and I actually read it voraciously over spring break. So, you know, and I think if people would check out the book that he just put out in 2015 ‘Crippled America,’ it’s pretty great. Or heck, just go to his website, you know DonaldJTrump.com.”
“People say he’s not talking about policies or that there’s no issues,” Lindsay said, “Well, he’s got seven of them, pretty specific ones laid out about immigration and taxes and vets and things like that. (RELATED: Ted Cruz’s Latest Ad Features A Porn Star)
“And I think I’ve also kind of realized along this adventure that I’ve been having for the last couple of weeks that I think people are really attacking him and lying about him and I kind of know how that feels,” Lindsay claimed.
In an interview with The Daily Caller last month, Lindsay said the candidate she would most like to film an adult picture with was Trump. “It would have to be Donald Trump, come on. You know, he’s one that would be the most fun, would be cool with it, you know, but that’s not going to happen,” Lindsay said.
