Texas Sen. [crscore]Ted Cruz[/crscore] told Glenn Beck on his radio show Tuesday morning that “if there is a path to victory” in the Republican primary, he will “respond accordingly.”
Beck asked if he would reconsider re-entering the race if he miraculously pulled off a win in Nebraska’s primary Tuesday. Cruz suspended his campaign last week after the Indiana primary.
“Well, I am not holding my breath,” Cruz responded. “My assumption is that that will not happen, but listen, let’s be very clear. If there is a path to victory, we launched this campaign intending to win. The reason we suspended the race last week is with Indiana’s loss, I didn’t see a viable path to victory. If that changes, we will certainly respond accordingly.”
