Miller also released a statement about the charges, according to another report.

“Events over the past several months have been extremely challenging for me, my family, my friends and most important, my students,” Miller said. “Because of this I made the very difficult decision to close the door on this chapter of my life by accepting responsibility for mistakes I have made along the way.”

In October, the “Dance Mom” star was indicted on a variety of fraud charges relating to hiding bankruptcy assets and making a false bankruptcy declaration.

Miller has been charged with 20 counts of charges related to the bankruptcy filling. If convicted she could face up to 10 years in prison and $500,000 worth of fines.

She was first accused of trying to hide $775,000 worth of income she earned on her show “Dance Moms” and related spinoff TV shows between 2012 and 2013 when she filed for Chapter 11.
