Bill Clinton got choked up after he cast his electoral vote for Hillary Clinton on Monday.
The former president, who is an elector for New York, reiterated his claim that FBI Director James Comey lost the election for his wife.
“I never cast a vote I was prouder of,” the former president told reporters in Albany. “You know, I watched her work for two years. I watched her battle through that bogus email deal. She fought through that. She fought through everything, and she prevailed against it all and then at the end, but the FBI deal — she couldn’t prevail against that. She did everything else and still won by 2.8 million votes.”

“The finest vote counter in America is Nate Silver, and he told you what cost her the election,” he added. (RELATED: Bill Clinton Blames Hillary Clinton’s Loss On James Comey)
Comey sent a letter to lawmakers two weeks before the election to tell them that his agency was reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton over her use of a private email server when she was secretary of state.
