A runaway cow was captured by a group of sheriff’s officers and volunteers in Tennessee after the bovine escaped from a truck Tuesday.

Officers were rolling down the road in their vehicles with David Bevill on the hood of a patrol car driven by Sheriff Monte Belew, according to The Paris Post-Intelligencer.
Bevill was able to successfully lasso the steer and steer it to the side of the road so the calf could be controlled. (RELATED: Driver, Deer Get Into A Brawl After Car Crash [VIDEOS])
Two calves escaped from the truck when the gate became ajar, and both have been safely returned to their owner, reports The Paris Post-Intelligencer.
