Jennifer Palmieri did not deliver a concise takedown of Republican efforts to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act when asked by MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle Monday morning.

Instead, Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign communications director opted to talk about her old boss before managing to cram four “Uhhhs” into a nine word sentence.

“There are a lot of Democrats — [inaudible] worked for Hillary Clinton,” Palmieri, who also served as President Obama’s White House communications director, stated. “She had a plan about ways to improve Obamacare and bring down costs, particularly on prescription drugs.”

“Democrats had a plan on how to fix it, but Trump’s healthcare plan didn’t have a communications problem, it was just a problem,” she continued. “It’s just a bad plan.”

“Uhhh, it would have indeed — uhhh — lowered — uhhh — lowered — uhhh — coverage and raised costs.”
