‘Mom’ Helps Prospective Moms Avoid Becoming Moms

Font Size:

I’ve never seen the show Mom, but apparently it’s a sitcom about a young single mother who lives with her own mother. She has a teenage daughter, who is herself a young mother. It’s three moms under one roof. So, it only makes sense that the people who bring you the show also want to kill as many babies as they possibly can.

Cynthia Littleton, Variety:

Producers and stars of the CBS/Warner Bros. TV sitcom “Mom” have decided to make a $250,000 donation to Planned Parenthood rather than mount an Emmy campaign this year.

“Mom” star Allison Janney and series co-creator/exec producer Chuck Lorre on Thursday launched the effort to raise awareness of the threat to Planned Parenthood funding as the Republican-backed American Health Care Act makes its way through Congress.

Yes, yes, the evil Republicans. They don’t think taxpayers should be forced to pay for the killing of children, and then they’re harangued for not caring about the children.

Well, I’m all for Janney and Lorre donating their own money to anybody they want. I hope their campaign is a smashing success, because this is how Planned Parenthood should be funded: voluntarily. If you’re an abortion enthusiast, donate as much as you want to them. Leave the rest of us out of it. We don’t want to “slay.”
