Former Virginia attorney general Ken Cuccinelli told CNN’s Ana Navarro that he is “sick and tired” of listening to her “shrill voice” during a Tuesday panel debate on immigration.

WATCH:

CNN anchor Don Lemon moderated a panel consisting of Van Jones, Ana Navarro, and Ken Cuccinelli, and it quickly derailed when they started discussing Gen. John Kelly’s recent comments about “dreamers.”

Cuccinelli tried to defend Gen. Kelly, who said dreamers that did not apply for DACA status might just be “too lazy.”

“He started off — and you played the quote — some people think that they might have been scared and so they didn’t sign up, some people they might have just been lazy,” Cuccinelli clarified.

Van Jones characterized Kelly’ comments as “disrespectful,” to which Cuccinelli responded, “Who cares? I care that people are breaking the law.”

Navarro cut off Cuccinelli, loudly stating, “The people who care are immigrants, I’ll tell you who cares — let me tell you who cares!”

“Let me explain to you who cares,” she continued, talking over the former AG. “Can I answer your damn question of who cares? The people who care are the immigrants who are sick and tired of having this White House attack us and bash us on a daily basis!”

“I’m sick and tired of listening to your shrill voice in my ears!” Cuccinelli finally said exasperatedly.

Navarro seemed unfazed and continued rambling, causing Cuccinelli to make a talking hand motion to mock her.

Lemon tried to regain order of his panel, repeatedly saying, “one at a time please,” but his words had no effect on Navarro’s meltdown and Cuccinelli’s mocking. He finally called out Cuccinelli for “calling a woman shrill.”

“Oh my gosh, you’re hearing it. Look, Ana yells us all down and you tell the rest of us to be quiet,” he concluded.
