First Lady Melania Trump tweeted out a congratulatory message Tuesday afternoon celebrating the global effort it took to rescue twelve boys and their coach after being trapped in a Thailand cave for over two weeks.

She called the rescue mission “an amazing and heroic global effort.”

The last of the remaining people stuck in the cave were rescued Tuesday morning. Eight of the twelve boys were recovered on Sunday and Monday. They have since been transported to hospitals to get medical attention.(RELATED: REPORT: ALL BOYS AND COACH FREED FROM THAI CAVE)
The “Wild Boars” soccer team and their coach got trapped on June 23 when they went into the cave to avoid heavy rains and the flooding pushed them deeper into the mountain.
