“The Kennedys” about John F. Kennedy and his family is one of the best series that I’ve seen in a very long time.

Given the fact that I’ve been running out of stuff to watch, I stumbled across the miniseries about one of America’s most powerful families, and I dived right in. (REVIEW: ‘Westworld’ Season 3 Ends With The Possible Deaths Of Multiple Characters)

Folks, if you love history or politics, then you have to watch “The Kennedys,” which originally aired all the way back in 2011.

It was wild to watch Katie Holmes as the President’s wife Jacqueline Kennedy. To say her performance was great would be a massive understatement.

Barry Pepper as Bobby Kennedy is also a great performance. All the way around, the cast was absolutely excellent.

The series also pulled absolutely no punches with some of the darker elements of the Kennedy family. Whether it’s the affairs or what happened to Rosemary, the series shined a light on all of it. I won’t ruin any of it for you, but I suspect most of you already know what I’m talking about.

It doesn’t matter where you fall on the political spectrum. I lean right, and I loved the hell out of this series.

The assassination episode is just brutal to sit through. It was brutally raw.

So, if you’re looking for something to watch, I suggest you find a way to watch “The Kennedys.” You’re going to absolutely love it!
