Nickelodeon has partnered with Dr. Anthony Fauci for a series of kid-friendly news breaks about COVID-19, according to The Hill.

Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), will appear in a series of one-minute segments known as “Nick News Breaks,” The Hill reported Friday. Six children of various ages pose questions to Fauci about COVID-19 and how it impacts their daily lives.

In one segment, Fauci informs ten-year-old Jade, “If your grandmother is vaccinated, even though you’re not vaccinated, you don’t have to wear a mask when you’re with her,” according to The Hill. He tells a six-year-old she could expect to have playdates by “the late spring and early summer.” (RELATED: ‘Children Can Clearly Wind Up Getting Infected’: Dr. Fauci Says Children Should Continue Wearing Masks While Playing)

“Information changes only when you get new factual data and evidence,” Fauci says to 13-year-old Jesai, adding, “sometimes recommendations that you wanna make based on data—they can change only when the data and the evidence change,” The Hill reported.

The “Nick News Breaks” with Fauci will begin airing Saturday on Nick, TeenNick, Nicktoons and the Nickolodeon social media pages, according to The Hill.

The Nickolodeon segments highlight the broader role Fauci played in the media throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in regard to vaccine availability. Simon and Schuster will publish a children’s book about Fauci and his medical career on June 29.
