Famous singer Jack Johnson testified at a hearing in Los Angeles on Thursday and obtained an extended, five-year restraining order against an alleged female stalker.

Johnson had secured a temporary order of protection two months prior to the hearing. But he argued that because the woman is especially dangerous, the situation required further action, according to TMZ. Johnson called in to the hearing and expressed his fear that the woman was dangerous enough to warrant the five-year protection order, claiming that she keeps appearing at his shows and hotels, according to TMZ.

Johnson told the judge that this particular woman had been hounding him and attempting to get near him for several years. He alleged that things have escalated to the point that the alleged female stalker once confronted him at a hotel he was staying in while on tour. Johnson said she was so aggressive when she got in his face that the exchange became frightening and required police, according to TMZ.  The police allegedly had to detain the woman after the incident, so Johnson is attempting to prevent future blowouts with the restraining order, according to TMZ.
