‘Star Wars’ And ‘Harry Potter’ Actor Dies At 56 After Collapsing Suddenly: REPORT

Actor Paul Grant is dead after he collapsed suddenly at a train station, according to reports.

Grant, best known for his roles as Ewok in “Star Wars” and a goblin who in the 2001 “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone,” died Thursday at the age of 56 after he collapsed at King’s Cross train station in London, according to Fox News. Police found Grant’s body, according to The Sun. Grant was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced brain-dead, according to the report. Family decided to remove Grant from life support on Sunday, according to The Sun.

His daughter Sophie Jayne Grant spoke out about his death in a statement to Fox News.

“He would do anything for anyone and was a massive Arsenal fan,” she continued, according to The Sun. “My dad I love you so much sleep tight.”

Grant is survived by his two daughters, son, stepchildren, grandchildren and girlfriend, Maria Dwyer.

Dwyer also spoke out about his death saying Grant “was the love of my life” and “the funniest man I know.”

“He made my life complete,” Dwyer said, according to The Sun. “Life is never going to be the same without him.”

A cause of death has not yet been revealed.
