The trailer for comedian Donnell Rawlings’s upcoming Netflix special dropped Monday, and it looks utterly hilarious.

I played just the opening five seconds of Rawling’s trailer for his Netflix special “A New Day” so I could start writing this article, and peels of laughter echoed out from around my home. My family could easily catch Rawling’s wit through the extremely poorly-made walls of our rental, and they really liked what they heard.

From getting rid of his “ashy” skin, wearing red socks with a suit, the nuance of micro-behaviors and refusing to date old women, Rawlings will have you crying-laughing in exactly 69 seconds (the length of the trailer, which I hope to goodness was purposeful).

This is Rawling’s first solo stand-up special with Netflix, and it’s coming to us under the umbrella of Chappelle’s Home Team. In layman’s terms, the special was produced by comedic icon Dave Chappelle, along with Rikki Hughes and Stan Lathan, according to Variety. Chappelle is infamous for his own Netflix specials, which somehow get better and better with each iteration. It’s seriously like everything this man touches turns to gold, so I bet this special is no different.

Rawling’s “A New Day” dropped Tuesday, so you’d best be checking it out.
