Marilinda Garcia
National Spokesperson, LIBRE InitiativeMarilinda GarcÃa is a spokesperson for The LIBRE Initiative, formerly serving 4 terms as a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives and was a GOP nominee for the U.S. House of Representatives in 2014.<br /> <br /> She graduated with joint BA/BM degrees from Tufts University and the New England Conservatory of Music (NEC) in 2006 and also obtained her Master's degree in Public Policy from the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government in 2010.<br /> <br /> Marilinda served as a court-appointed special advocate for abused and neglected children for three years and has been a harp instructor at Phillips Exeter Academy, St. Paul's School and Gordon College.
