The New England Patriots have better odds to win the Super Bowl after signing Cam Newton.

According to a release from FOX Bet, the Patriots were at 25/1 to win the Super Bowl. After signing the former Panthers quarterback Sunday night to a one year deal, the Pats have been bumped up to 19/1. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

I couldn’t be more fascinated with this situation if I tried. How will Cam Newton and Bill Belichick mesh?

That’s now arguably the most important question in all of football. We know what Cam Newton is capable of when he’s 100% healthy and playing well.

He took the Panthers to the Super Bowl and won the MVP award back in 2015. When Cam Newton is at his best, he’s as good as they come.

However, he’s also struggled with some serious health issues over the past year, and only played two games in 2019.

If Cam Newton of 2015 shows up for Belichick, then the Patriots are going to be insanely dangerous and 19/1 might be a bargain.

We know Belichick will milk every single ounce of talent out of Newton that the quarterback. Will it be enough to bring the Pats back to the Super Bowl and win a ring?

Only time will tell, but we know not to bet against the man who has won six rings with New England.
