It seems like we have a never ending stream of bad news when it comes to dealing with coronavirus. Now, we at least have some good news.
The NBA tested a total of 344 people in the latest round, and not a single one tested positive for coronavirus. That’s the definition of a win.
The NBA 100% deserves to be applauded for the league’s handling of coronavirus. While the MLB has major issues with the Miami Marlins, the NBA hasn’t had any reasons to be too concerned at all.
In terms of dealing with coronavirus and making sure games happen, the NBA’s model seems to be the best we’ve seen so far.
Now, the key will be keeping everyone safe through the rest of the season. Can the NBA do it? Well, it certainly seems like they have a system figured out.
Props to Adam Silver and everyone else involved for getting the job done and keeping everyone safe.
