Herschel Walker said “every day” he finds another person who tries to change his mind about voting for President Donald Trump ahead of the 2020 election.

“Well, you know, every day I find someone that’s trying to get me to change my mind of who I think should be the President of the United States who I think is Donald J. Trump,” the NFL legend shared in a video he posted on Twitter with his hundreds of thousands of followers. The clip was noted by Fox News in a piece published Sunday. (RELATED: Fox News Contributor Says Media Is Ignoring Biden’s ‘Staggering’ Support Of Black Voters)

He went on to explain how somebody told him, “‘Herschel, you got to trust the science,’ something they got from Joe Biden.” (RELATED: The Nation Columnist Defends Joe Biden From Tara Reade: ‘I Would Vote For Joe Biden If He Boiled Babies And Ate Them’)

“And I said, ‘oh what scientist you going to trust?” he added. “‘Because scientists are saying different things. Different doctors are saying different things.'”

He concluded his video by suggesting that the person trying to dissuade him from voting for Trump should “trust in the Lord, Jesus Christ” and that there’s “only one of those.”

The comments were just the latest from the Heisman Trophy winner who has voiced his support for the president in the past. Most recently, Walker slammed Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden when he said the former vice president doesn’t “determine who” the black community votes for following his comment that black Trump supporters “ain’t black.”
