Country music superstar Morgan Wallen once again proved himself to be the best man ever after stopping his show Friday in Nampa, Idaho, to help a fan.

Wallen was in the middle of playing his hit song, “More Than My Hometown,” when he noticed something was amiss in the crowd, video of which was shared on TikTok by one fan who managed to get right up close to the crooner. Fans carried on the lyrics after Wallen told his band, “Hold on, hold on, hold on,” pausing the music to help a young girl who was having an epileptic seizure, Music Mayhem reported.

“I don’t know exactly what’s going on, but they’re going to take care of her for a second and we’re going to make sure she’s good,” Wallen told folks, according to the outlet. Once he was confident his fan was taken care of, Wallen said, “I guess that just means I’ll have to start the song over again.” The crowd once again erupted into cheers, all of which was caught on video.

This is not the first time Wallen has held up his show to help a fan in crisis. While performing in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, Wallen stopped the show to get help for a fan who had passed out in the crowd. It’s not just fans who’ve come under medical stress on Wallen’s sold-out “Dangerous” tour either — singer Kameron Marlowe took a nose-dive off the stage in Pennsylvania, but thankfully he wasn’t badly hurt.
