Patrick Mahomes wants to celebrate another Super Bowl championship — Texas style.

If the Kansas City Chiefs win Super Bowl LVII, quarterback Patrick Mahomes said that he will celebrate by going back to his roots of the Lone Star State, promising to drink a Coors Light beer out of a cowboy boot — but not just anybody’s cowboy boot, it will be one of Cooper Manning’s.

Cooper Manning, who is the older brother of Peyton and Eli Manning, landed the promise from Mahomes during Super Bowl media day Feb. 6 while interviewing the quarterback.

It didn’t take long for the conversation to turn to Manning’s boots as he made a quibble about putting beer in them and drinking out of them.

That’s when Mahomes got involved with the fun, saying that will be their plan if Kansas City wins the Super Bowl, with Manning saying that he will bring the boots so both can drink Coors Light out of them.

With the Coors Light, Mahomes specifically requested that the beer be that brand, and another request that he made: Manning’s socks have to be clean.

With Patrick Mahomes being from Texas, you can’t deny that this is a pretty cool way to celebrate a second Super Bowl championship.

I’m personally rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles, but if the Chiefs win, I’m looking forward to this. (RELATED: Travis And Jason Kelce Interview Their Parents Before They Face Off In Super Bowl)

Patrick Mahomes and Cooper Manning, I’m holding both of you to this glorious moment.
