Donald Trump Inspired The World’s Most Famous Villain

The man who wrote the script for “Back to the Future” is now saying the film’s villain is based on Donald Trump.

During an interview Wednesday, Bob Gale said that they were thinking of the real estate mogul when they created the character Biff Tannen, who was a high school bully in the original film and a powerful casino owner in the second.

“You watch ‘Part II’ again and there’s a scene where Marty confronts Biff in his office and there’s a huge portrait of Biff on the wall behind Biff, and there’s one moment where Biff kind of stands up and he takes exactly the same pose as the portrait?”
