Ellen DeGeneres is being sued for mispronouncing a women’s name on her show, TMZ reports.

During a bit on her Tuesday show called “Whats Wrong With These Signs,” DeGeneres joked about a sign that a viewer had submitted, according to TMZ. The sign featured the name of Georgia real estate broker Titi Pierce. DeGeneres, of course, pronounced her name like a women’s breast: “Titty Pierce.”

Pierce is now reportedly suing DeGeneres for defamation and invasion of privacy, saying that her name is pronounced “Tee Tee” and that in 35 years no one has ever mispronounced it. (RELATED: Hillary Interviews Ellen DeGeneres About Vice President Job)

She argues that she suffered emotional distress, embarrassment and anger because the bit aired when she was on the way to a funeral and got lots of ridiculing calls on her cellphone. (RELATED: Kanye West Just Silenced Ellen DeGeneres When He Went On A Seven-Minute Rant)

“The name-calling led to immediate ridicule and raucous laughter from the show’s live and television audiences,” she wrote in the lawsuit.
