Tapper had just tweeted a link to one of Clinton campaign chair John Podesta’s emails — published by WikiLeaks — showing the campaign’s total ignorance of the “depth” of the private server scandal. (RELATED: ‘F*****G INSANE’ — Hillary Camp Freaks Out About Her Private Email Server)

One of Tapper’s followers sarcastically stated he would wait with baited breath for Tapper to cover the story on CNN.

The CNN host responded that he covers the WikiLeaks emails “every day pretty much,” at which point WikiLeaks entered the fray.

“That said, CNN as a whole is clearly aligned with Clinton and is not engaging in proportionate reporting,” the group tweeted at Tapper.

The majority of users appeared to agree with that statement.
